Lingenfelter uses the Moldex billet steel crankshaft in all 540 CID Dodge Viper engine builds. The Moldex brand crankshaft is cut from a solid piece of 4340 billet steel and is the best choice when building a Viper 540 CID engine. Normal lead times from Moldex is 14-16 weeks to have a 4.250" crankshaft built with a retail price of $6,895.00.
