Doing auto V this time will 3.42 ring & pinion from Z06 or ZR1 fit?

The Corvette differential parts will not fit. I do believe there might be some GM options for ratios that would fit your housing from a SRX. This option will require a different carrier and some other parts however I don't have a complete list.
