LNC003 Launch Controller

I have had 2 step since the fall of 09 with no problems. Over the past month or so car has been missfiring and kicking MAF code 001. Changed MAF NO DIFFERENCE . Today disconnected 2 step car seems to be fine . Any suggestions.:

Have you replaced plug wires or changed mounting location of the Launch Controller? If not please ship it back to us and we can test to see if its the cause of the miss-fire.
