After finishing the installation of the Magnuson TVS1900 supercharger on our first 2014 Silverado with a 5.3 L L83 direct port injection engine we took the truck to Muncie Dragway. The truck stock had a best run of 15.99 & after the install ran a 13.89 at 100.07 MPH. The truck picked up about 125 HP at the crank from the TVS1900 Magnuson supercharger. Chassis dyno results of 398 HP & 425 ft lbs of torque with 7 psi boost. Base line testing was 302 HP & 332 ft lbs of torque.

I can't tell but looking at that fuel rail it looks like it is running port injection instead of the direct injection. If this is true was the DI hard to work with?

Because this was a prototype build it still has the standard injectors installed to block off the injector holes. This is running off of the stock GM direct injection system with our tuning on the E92 ECM. If you look closely there are no fuel lines connected to the rails or injector wires.

Ahh, I see the blue plugs blocking it off. So the high pressure fuel pump and injectors seam to have enough head room in them? Any idea how much headroom they have even with the low boost ( assuming its 5-6psi like other magnacharger kits).

My reasoning on holding off on the new trucks is the lack of blowers, I don't want to give up my magnacharged genIII. Now you guys are removing that barrier....
