  • Lingenfelter NCC Android APP

We are working on an APP for Android phones and tablets for the LPE NCC multi-stage nitrous controllers.

The APP will allow you to read the data log from the NCC and email it yourself or save it to your Google Drive. You can then erase the log using your phone so you can make another run and data log without needing a PC.

The APP also has the complete product instructions and the Quick Start Guide built in to make it easier to look up functions, settings, wiring diagrams etc. without needing the paper copy of the instructions. Since the instructions are built into the APP, you can view the instructions even when you have no mobile phone coverage (not uncommon at many tracks).

Right now the APP is in beta testing so we would like to get as many people as possible to download and install the APP to get feedback from them. So if you have a NCC nitrous controller or are just interested in seeing our APP, please go here to download the beta copy from the Google Play Store (you can't search for it in the store when it is in beta testing):

Is an "OTC" specified cable needed? Lindy has two 2 meter with micro-A to mini'B cables shown. Item # 31962 says "cable" and # 31719 says "OTG cable" with one end completely Red - if that indicates something (it also says Micro-B is the OTC Host connector in description). Yet the one with black ends (31962) states compatible with all USB and OTG devices.

Most newer Android phones are Micro-B. The NCC-002 nitrous controller use a Mini-B USB connector. So for most newer Android devices you need a Micro-B to Mini-B USB cable like this one available in our web store under part number LND-31719.

Should be able to find it here:

This is also the cable you want for many Windows based tablets that also use a Micro-B connector.
