
Lingenfelter Performance Engineering to Display at 2010 Concours d'Elegance at Meadow Brook
AT 2010 CONCOURS D’ELEGANCE AT MEADOW BROOK 32nd Annual Event Takes Place July 25 at Oakland University Campus
DECATUR, Ind. – Lingenfelter Performance Engineering (LPE) will showcase several vehicles at the 32nd Annual Concours d’Elegance of America at Meadow Brook on Sunday, July 25 at the Meadow Brook Hall and Grounds, Oakland University Campus in Rochester, Mich.
Owner Ken Lingenfelter will display his Bugatti Veyron, part of the 150 vehicles in The Lingenfelter Collection, during the Concours event. He drove the Veyron – which boasts 1,001 HP and a top speed of 258 mph – to the Concours Media Day earlier this week. The company will also display its prototype Lingenfelter TA – a modified 2010 Camaro featuring engine enhancements and custom-molded body styling evocative of muscle-heavy 1970s cars. Powered by an LS-based 455 CID engine, the LTA produces 655 HP and 610 ft.-lbs. of torque. It features custom 20” wheels, Nitto tires, a classic shaker hood and custom Lingenfelter TA body enhancements.
