Lingenfelter Brand Products
Lingenfelter warrants its products manufactured by Lingenfelter and sold as Lingenfelter brand products for 90 days from date of purchase. Lingenfelter Performance Engineering, at its option will repair or replace these defective parts or offer a refund of the original purchase price. These remedies are the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedies. In no event will Lingenfelter Performance Engineering be liable for direct, incidental or consequential damages of any type that may result from a defective product.

Non Lingenfelter Brand Products
Products manufactured by other companies and sold by Lingenfelter Performance Engineering exclusively or non-exclusively will carry only the manufacturers warranty if one exists. These remedies are the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedies. In no event will Lingenfelter Performance Engineering be liable for direct, incidental or consequential damages of any type that may result from a defective product.
