Lingenfelter GM Gen III/IV V8 cylinder head flow bench fixture for use with LS1, LS6, LS2, LS7, LQ4, LQ9, and other Gen III and IV V8 small block cylinder heads.

The Lingenfelter Performance Engineering designed cylinder head flow bench fixture is made specifically for testing Gen III and IV GM small block V8 engine cylinder heads. The fixture is made from 6061aluminum and is then anodized for improved durability and appearance. The fixture features removable sleeves allowing you to test different bore sizes for accurate flow measurement on the bore size you will be using. The bore size starts from the deck surface and continues all the way down to the end of the sleeve just like in an actual engine. The fixture does not have a step in the bore diameter or an air gap in the bore diameter like some fixtures. The fixture allows you to use the head gaskets you would be using on the engine as well. The holes in the fixture on the cylinder head side have Helicoils for improved durability over repeated use.

Unless specified otherwise, the fixture and sleeves are anodized blue. Available colors include blue, red, gold-red, gold-brass, green, gray, violet, brown, black, and natural-clear. Some colors may cost more and require longer product lead times.

Standard bore s izes are 3.900” (stock 5.7L LS1 and LS6), 4.000” (stock 6.0L LS2, LQ4, LQ9), and 4.125” (LS7, C5R, sleeved blocks). Other bore sizes also available.
